Refund Policy
At STEMbunny, we create digital educational materials designed to inspire creativity and learning through play. Because our resources are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are final.
Digital Products
Once your payment is completed and your files are made available for download, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Subscription Plans
Your subscription gives you access to new and existing digital resources for the chosen period. You may cancel at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund or replacement if:
- You were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access to your materials.
- You received duplicate charges for the same order.
